The number 13 is lucky for some, unlucky for others and totally frustrating for Tom Onslow-Cole. The British Touring Car Championship star was blighted by the figure during the most recent rounds of the series at Knockhill recently.
The PPCGB.com/Kraftwerk VW Passat driver headed for the series' only rounds in Scotland in a confident frame of mind as consistent improvements to his car have helped him climb the grid in recent rounds. However, the unique tight and twisty demands of the Fife circuit present a difficult task for the racers and Onslow-Cole and his engineers had a tough time refining the two-litre turbocharged car to suit the 1.2-mile track.

Tom Onslow-Cole hopes that lessons learned during the three most recent British Touring Car Championship events at Snetterton could help him to get the maximum from the remaining 12 races of the 2013 campaign.
The 26-year-old has worked hard at the set-up of his PPCGB.com/Kraftwerk VW Passat and more tweaks at the Norfolk venue have helped him to tame the two-liter turbocharged car.
